has anyone tried the spike diet?

hey I am trying to lose weight and my mom said she would buy the spike diet book for me if I could find more info about it but so far have not found much out and there is hardly anything on the internet about it.. any information would be greatly appreciated ~thanks~

From the reviews I've found, it sounds basically like what a lot of people here are doing, just compiled all in one place instead of all over the boards. Guess you just have to decide whether the organization is worth paying for. .
