Loose it Week 1 (the 4 week chall)

Right ok, so I thought i would make a new post, it's easier to post and find etc....

This week, I drank alot more water, didnt cut out the fizzy drinks all together though. I dont really want too at this stage as I'm on holiday in a few weeks and we already have the cans of fizzyness to take with us. I am though, where possible chosing water and when i fancy fizzy i have fizzy.

Most days I hit my 40 minutes, but not every day. I did more than 40 minutes on others. So they all sorta even themselves out.

I also started zig zagging calories this week to get out of my plateau....and will keep this up the next four weeks.

This week - I lost 2lbs, Im not measuring until I have complete the 30 day shred so I dont know my current body fat or inchs.

News goals....
This week, I aim to make sure every day i drink 6 pints of water, despite weather i drink, tea, hot chocolate or fizzy drinks. I will continue my zig zagging and Make sure I keep my 30 day shred.

    I did okay - only got to the gym twice, will do my last three miles toward my ten this morning, and only drank water except for my daily coffee (which it was like Friday before I realized I was drinking a coffee every morning when I said I'd only drink water. I consider coffee part of my breakfast so hadn't really put it in my beverages - I know, weird.) and on Friday I had some punch at a graduation. Is that all the goals I set, I think so.

    For this week.

    - twelve miles walking
    - hit the gym three times
    - Meet my calorie goal or not exceed it by more than 400.

    Sounds like you had a good week! Well done!

    Good luck with the goals this week although I know you can do it!

    totally lost the thread! I don't get notifications when other people comment! (annoying!)

    i have been so busy the last 3 weeks with working full time and having private clients in the evening (beauty Therapist) so i have had no time to get to the gym which has disappointed me!!

    I have tried with my calories but still haven't lost any weight. i measured myself a week ago so i will do that when this up. next week i plan to be in the gym 3-4 times and to do bike riding on the weekends!

    You all sound like you are working hard!! Well done you!! x

    I hate it when i get too busy to work out or the calorie counting doesn't do its job - im sure you'll get there though! Keep it! x

    A beauty therapist? What is that? I assume it's different from a cosmetologist? Do you coach on fashion, makeup, hair, deportment, all of the above? Sounds interesting.

    I'm doing well this week, been to the gym three times, and I've walked 8 miles - four more by Sunday.

    thanks hype, i have am just gonna order the 30 day shred and see how i get on with that as so many people keep posting about it!

    Deeharley, i do massage / waxing / manicures/ pedicures / bridal makeup etc gets busy and very hard sometimes especially when i have a full time job too. I hate wasting my gym membership! but i'm back on it next week!
