Hi

I just want to know the best way to get rid of the double chin which I have had since my first baby.

I'm 128 lb weight
5'1" tall
and there are still 30 lb to go.

Well, I do know this lil' fun fact -- if during pics, etc, you want to not have a double-chin, you can touch the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue. It really does help, although it can make it kinda' hard to smile. I did this recently for my drivers license pic - LOL! ;-P

Loosing the 30lbs will help. If it is truly just a thing from pregnancy (and not pregnancy plus age) then it should be gone. If it is still not then you can do some neck toning exercises.

I had my first baby when I was 24 and I'm 28 now. I'll check these exercises to feel it toned fast.
    Thank you.
