Last 10 lbs... :/

So technically I have 11 lbs to lose, but I want to know any advice you would give?
I opened up my diary for everyone to see! (haven't filled it out for today so look at yesterdays and the day before etc)
- yesterday I did not eat all my exercise calories.

I am very realistic about my goals and just want to be at about 122 by September...but it would be awesome to get done earlier (-:


I know to eat back exercise calories - or close to it. Most of the time I do unless I went over the day before, then I will deficit that from that day, such as going over 400 calories one day means having a deficit of 400 calories the next day. Sometimes I do keep between 100-350 though left.

I have NOT hit a plateau yet (lost .5 lbs in a week) but I just want to get my self ready and prepared!

I am on Day 3 of Insanity and plan to do it everyday but monday and wednesday when I do turbokick kickboxing at my gym!

Please give me advice!!

    I am 5'5 and started out at about the same weight. I now weigh 128, even after going away. Add me if u want.
