Dont know how to put before and after pics on, so I have put my old pic on my profile, can u see any diference from the picture on my profile and the other pics in weight? just wondering coz sometimes i cant see the difference mysef x x

    To add a before & after pic that are together you can use photobucket...and once they are loaded on photobucket go to edit.

    a lot of the time i cant see it. I know i have because of clothes and stuff. But when I look in the mirror I still dont feel slim and often feel fat and stump coz im only 4ft 11
