Detox in Thailand

I have just booked 2 weeks away at a detox resort in Thailand... I need a holiday and holidays normally mean food and more food for me.... so thought this was a better alternative... anyone been and know what its like?

    I have no comments as I haven't been, but I just wanted to say it sounds wonderful!

    I love going on holidays, but I hate coming home stuffed and bloated and having gained weight. I'm sure this is something that would be absolutely amazing for body and soul. Enjoy!

    Is that a diet detox or a debauchery detox? Legit question. The things that go on there require what's commonly known here as a "Thai cocktail" [of meds] when US Military personnel come back.
