i'm somewhat new to using myfitnesspal. been using it for 3 weeks or so. my trainer suggested the zone diet. anyone doing that here? i'm still trying to learn more about it, using the block system. i'm excited to do it but i'm hoping it's not complicated. i like this site since it was simple to keep track of the calories through the extensive database of food. now that i'll be using the zone diet it's a whole different ball of wax.
