I am so happy today! I went for my official weigh in for my local weight loss challenge. When I stepped on the scale, I automatically moved the large weight to the 200 mark and began sliding the small weight down...down...down....then I almost fell off the scale when I had to move the large weight down a peg. Final weight..199....YIPPEE! Thank-you to MFP and all the inspirational people on here!!!! I haven't been in ONEderland in about 10 years. The weather is amazing
