I only get 1200 calories a day, I feel like that is low and or I'm still hungry.
I'm ok with learning to accommodate to this but I need some help making better nutritional choices so I don't feel so deprived...
Now I know this isn't going to be a walk in the park but when I was previously with weight watchers I didn't feel so hungry.
Anyone feel the same or have any advice?

It sounds to me like you need to up your fiber and protein intake. Without looking at your diary I can't see what you are eating, but try replacing some healthy processed foods with healthy whole foods. For example, instead of a granola bar, have a small bowl of oatmeal. Instead of a protein bar have some tuna and some almonds.0

Or exercise more so you get more calories to eat back!0

how do I post my food diary? I want to do this,
thanks for the advice. I do eat one of those 2.5 oz tuna packets for lunch at work everyday with a serving of low sodium triscuits. I seem to do better at work bc we can't really snack, but when im home- it's bad0 -
Am I supposed to eat the calories I burn from working out? I'm confused about this.0

I am only allowed 1290, and I have found if I stick to raw vegetables, like radishes, celery, carrots, jicama and some fruits such as apples, mangoes and strawberries, I fill up on those very quickly and I don't eat nearly as much "crap". Try it for a few days. Every day at lunch i eat 2 celery sticks cut up, 4 radishes, cut up, and 3 oz of baby carrots before I eat anything else, and my mouth is so tired of chewing at that point, and I'm very full, so I don't want half as much food.0

Yes, you should eat back your exercise calories. 1200 is your net calories. If you burn more, you need to eat more to reach that net.0

Don't eat big meals... eat everything in moderation, but eat often... If your constantly eating small amounts (example Apple sauce, jello cup, yogurt) there is less of a chance you will be hungry and also decreases your chance of overeating during meal times.
I am a massage therapist so if you need any advice on stretching, cardio...etc you can ask :-) .... A good massage therapist knows much much more than just how to massage someone.
Oh, and if you burn calories through exercise - don't eat those calories!... make sure to eat close to your recommended calorie suggestion and if you burn a few hundred calories I wouldn't put those calories back into my body.. Let your body learn to burn off calories..0 -
of course if you burn a ton of calories, then eat something afterwards to re-nourish...but if I only burn a few hundred calories and it's close to the end of the day I will only eat something light like a small salad, veggies or fruit... nothing heavy that will undue the calories I just burned0
