How do I find how many calories I burn cleaning house?

    When you go under exercise section--add exercise under cardio--enter cleaning. It should give you options of light to moderate and/or more vigorous cleaning. You pick the appropriate one and add your time. Good Luck & happy cleaning

    Click on the Exercise tab at the top, then click on Add Exercise. You'll find a list of exercises, including several types of cleaning.

    Search for "cleaning" when you add cardio exercise

    I came across two:
    Cleaning, heavy, vigorous effort
    Cleaning, light, moderate effort

    Shows 250-300 calories per hour. Sounds reasonable to me.
