I love MFP! In all my years of attempted healthy eating, I have never once kept a food diary::noway: after tracking my food for 10 days, I can really see where I was mindlessly consuming a ton of calories. The other thing I love Is that I no longer feel that I have foods that I "can't " eat. I feel like I am making more informed decisions. If I want ice cream I can have it, I just will have to cut back elsewhere ( or get some exercise):bigsmile:
