Me too. I was coming on here to ask if anyone else found the sugar limit really low, none of my friends seem to be tracking their sugar so I couldn't tell if it is just me struggling with it!

But I did a search first to see if anyone else was asking the same thing (which is how I found your thread lol) and it seems to be quite a common problem -have a look at some of the other sugar threads for a wide array of opinions on whether it matters or not & whether fruit sugars are bad or not lol.

I wouldn't worry too much about your sugar if it's coming from mostly fruit. I was always over my sugar because of the fruit I eat so I stopped tracking it. As long as it's natural, I wouldn't worry.

What do you do???? Eat less sugar. Figure out where you're getting it and reduce it. Simple as that.

I watch my sugar because I am Diabetic. I do tend to also go over my sugar a bit. But I also notice none of it is from processed foods. It's all from fruit. So though I don't want to cut it out..I make sure it's in portion controlled sizes. And that I try to vary the kind of fruit I am eating and the times I am eating it. I also make sure it's not all in one shot. Other than that I don't worry too much on it. It's the carbs I'm watching out for!

I was having the same problem, so I looked through all my foods and figured out that the majority of the sugar I'm taking in is from fruits and vegetables. If that's the case, you don't really have to worry, just as long as you keep your refined sugars low.
