200 CRUNCHES! (or as many as you can)

Any kind will do. Crunch on the floor, on a ball, standing side crunch, crunch at work, crunch with your kids- heck some people even manage to sneak them in hiding in a bathroom stall!

These work anywhere, anytime :) Just get 200 in by midnight!
