Hey there,
I am so happy that I found this website. It has been keeping me on track. I am running a half marathon this year for the first time and am committed to do it every year.
A few years ago I went back to UNiversity and gained 20 pounds. It has been really tough to take it off. I lost ten, then sprained my foot and gained 5. I have been really watching my intake/output for 2 weeks now and haven't lost a pound (despite running a lot). But I have been noticing my bad habits that up the calories. I am so hopeful to get back down to a good weight for me where I can run with ease and look in the mirror and feel good about my body. In the meantime I am sending it love no matter what its' shape or size.
