    I LOVE buffalo! We get it really fresh here because there are a lot of buffalo ranches in Colorado. I have found it at King Soopers (Kroger/City Market) and WalMart. It is more expensive than ground beef, but it is also much leaner, tastier, and better for you than ground beef. I'm excited to hear that it is popular in other areas as well, how cool!

    buffalogal.com is where I buy ground bison in bulk. I wait until they have a special and then it is less expensive than the one local store that sells it.
