Ohai! Started working out about a month ago, but wasn't having much luck keeping up with food/calories. Found MFP and here I am! I started about 235lb and am already down to 227lb as of tonight. My goal is to get back to what I weighed at my wedding(180lb).
I do field computer work and as a result when I'm not driving I'm sitting down. I got this job when I got married and the effect its had on me is very obvious.
I've already learned quite a bit reading through some of the newb threads and I look forward to learning more! I just hope some of you can help me say, "hey fatty put down that cookie and go do some cardio!"
