I started this last night.... WOW it is certainly one hell of a workout. I burnt just under 600 calories in 54 minutes!! I was expecting to feel a bit stiff this morning but I could definitely feel the effects in all the right places, my tummy felt like it had had a good workout. Towards the end of the 7th and final circuit I was getting a bit worn out but I think its because I hadn't had a snack before the workout, I just went for it really and hadn't thought about it. I'm now torn between doing this one again or trying her 6 pack in 6 weeks. Hmmmmm????

Am also missing the 30DS and I never actually completed this - got to about half way through L2 and then fell of the exercise wagon a bit. I was going to try this in the morning, then do my walk to work and then do one of JM's other workout in the evenings but I think this is going to be a bit of an overkill. I think i'll burn too many calories, I burnt a lot yesterday and only just managed to eat the calories back!

One thing I must do tonight before I do anything else.... get my hubby to take the obligatory "before" photos...an unflattering view of my front, side and back. I am desperate to have my very own before and after moment! This is what is getting me through the pain at the moment! :laugh:

Just under 6 weeks to go till my holiday!! I AM going to look good in a swimming costume if it kills me!!

    It's a lot harder than 30DS isn't it?? My face was literally purple first time I finished BFBM! I've been alternating BFBM with No More Trouble Zones and 30DS. On 30DS days I also go for a walk so I burn close to the same amount of calories every day. If you feel it would be too much then don't do it but that's just what I've been doing.

    Good luck and I'm sure you'll look good for your hols if you're doing BFBM lol!

    Been sticking just to BFBM for a few days and just walking on alternate days. I am going to mix it up with 30DS again, I've got time to try and do the whole thing before I go away. I WILL do it this time, i don't want to let myself down again. I have seen so many wonderful before/after photos for 30DS, it really makes me wanna try it again and be successful!
