Eh, I don't care mine is public. I am a work in progress and I'm going to make mistakes. I haven't yet had a negative comment about my diary but I don't think I would get bend out of shape if I did.

Consensus seems to be to open up! One good thing that's already come out of this is that a kind friend pointed out the tool to track 'sugar' in my diary and am going WAY over each day. So that's something to crack down on!

I feel the same way. I am only accountable to myself and don't like the "constructive" critisism. This is a personal journey that I share with other like-minded people. The scales don't lie. I log my food daily but don't get in the habit of closing out my diary for the day because I don't want it posted to my profile that I was under or not under my calorie goal. If I want advice, I'll ask for it.

I agree. I don't want someone reading it and thinking "Why is she eating THAT?". I log EVERYTHING I eat -- even if I'm not happy about a food choice I've made. However, I hold myself accountable -- and don't need someone else pointing out my faults. I know what they are and I can see them everyday.

    Hi

I agree with others. It's a personal journey. And the tools are great. I track sugar, sodium and Cholestrol. Things some people might over look! There is more to food than calories!

I just recently put mine on private until I complete my "under construction zone" LOL. Then I will be good to go.
