so hungry right now had 15 egg white omelete 2 piecesof bread 2 hr ago ! still hungry so im off to beat it out of me :mad: just trying to shock body to drop 10 more lbs ( aleady thinking about lunch tomorrow

little better now just did 50 pushups - 20 knee lifts - 20 leg lifts - 50 crunches not so hungry now:grumble:0

I hear ya. Im at work starving! My dinner was half a cantaloupe and im still over about 147.. I dont wanna work out but I may just have to. My dad cooked a great moose roast and is smells so good... but almost time to go home then either work out or head straight to bed so i dont eat haha0
