We fly to the US on Sunday & my DH has just announced the first meal he want us to get there is at Denny's!!!:noway:

Now I', googling Denny's to see if there is ANYTHING healthy on the menu.:ohwell:

    The salad isn't that bad. They have a salad with cranberries and stuff, and a salad with grilled/fried chicken.

    Ha. Good luck with that! Denny's is a great place to grab a super-huge breakfasty meal at 2 in the morning....but not exactly known for healthy options! Good luck, though (less sarcastically)!

    oh denny's- to me you shuold only ever go there if you need a breakfast fix in the middle of the night as mentioned by other poster - or you are well into retirement and want dinner at 4pm

    Denny's haha yeah that's a strange request. I used to love Denny's but it's just like fast food diner food.

    I guess you can eat some egg whites and fruit. I just feel sorry for you because this month is bacon month at Denny's and everything is with bacon. They even have a bacon milkshake. My chest started hurting just looking at the commerical for it.

    Wow, Really? I mean they have a few "healthier" choices but Denny's isn't the greatest for that. lol. My husband, myself and our guy friends only go there after a long night of Concert awesomeness, because its open 24 hours!

    We went there yesterday morning. They have a list of healthy substitutions. Whole wheat pancakes, egg whites, etc.

    I've only ever had Dennys one time & it was in Niagara Falls for my 25th birthday. I was in HEAVEN, but my diet was in calorie hell. HAHAHA. I can't even remember what I had but it was so delicious hahaha.
