So, I am coming off a knee injury and trying to melt a bit of body fat, again and it's working!
My %'s have been dropping over the last few weeks and I'm feeling pretty good..
(Checked via calipers by a fitness instructor at my gym)

I usually ignore the scales but this round, I thought I would track things a bit more (weighing in at the same time/am first thing in the morning but a bit more frequently).

   :noway:

Scales are freaking EVIL  :explode:
Frustrating to have put some weight back on after I messed up my knee but I intend on trying to keep the weight and incinerate the FAT!

I avoid the scale very much so. I prefer to rely on the tape measure and my BMI index.

Because you can be 120 lbs and look great, but it may not look great on other folks (for some it may make them too weak looking or dehydrated; too underweight). So I don't rely on scales.

The tape measure method is best, in my opinion. If your hips (if you're a woman. Not sure about men though sorry) is under 40 inches, then you are in the healthy range. If your waistline is less than 32 inches, then you are in a healthy range (but with more exercise and watching what you eat, you can go even lower, maybe down to 26-27).
