^ Sad to say, this was me almost everyday last week.
My goal for this week is to stop making excuses and hold myself accountable to workout ATLEAST 30 mins everyday. If I have time to bake S'mores Cupcakes from scratch, I have enough time to hop on the eliptical and sweat a bit!

I am going to stick to my calories and get my exercise in. AND...I am going to log it all!0

i am going to lose 2 pounds by:
eating 1400 calories a day
doing 30 minutes of exercise mon - fri
staying positive
logging it all!!!!0 -
1. Get through the week (it's almost the end of the school year and my students are already starting to go on vacation and we still have 14 school days left).
2. Work out every day for at least 30 minutes.
3. Continue zig zagging my calories efectively
4. [Hopefully} lose 1 pound0 -
My goal is to log everything that I eat. I know that I should be doing that anyway for this to work, but lately at night I just wanna munch, munch, munch even though I have completed my food diary. So this week I'm going to try to end mindless snacking at night and entering everything.0

I have just found this wonderful app. I just started Saturday. It is making me so aware of the calories I am putting in my mouth. My goal this week is to start loggin in everything.0

I just started lifting into my program again so my goal is to use my 3 paid hours from work to go lift 3 days this week! Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday!!! : )0

To get up and go for that morning walk each and every day... it's not only good exercise, my day is so much better all the way around when I do it.0
