My husband has lost almost 32 pounds since February 14. Soooo.....if you stick with it you could be at your goal by the end of summer!0

come on u can do it, just picture urself how u want 2 look, and then think of how u don't want 2 be, its easy when u get stared0

Just stick with it and you will reap the rewards! I'm within a pound of my goal. I could just kick myself for not doing this sooner. I'm 50 and I feel and look better than I did in my 20s. I went clothes shopping last weekend and it feels so great to look good in anything I chose. It does take time every day to exercise, but that's the price for living a long healthy life. It's worth it.0

Motivation DOES come and go . . . so unfortunately you are totally normal here . . . during my "down" times I have to revert back to the "just 1 day at a time" outlook as thinking about the big picture is just to overwhelming.
I have also learned that at every 10 pound milestone I subconsciously sabbotage myself and have a tough time getting past that for a few weeks . . . so my weight loss has been slower than I would have liked but with the lifestyle changes I know is permanent as well.
I have a sign posted on my closet door (so is the first thing I see every morning) and on my frige that says:
I CREATE MYSELF WITH THE CHOICES I MAKE EACH DAY ~Bob Greene (Oprah's trainer)
This reminds me to ONLY focus on today . . . just stick to my dedication to be healthier today only . . . I might eat something unhealthy tomorrow but I PROMISE myself each morning that today only I will remain dedicated toward my goal. I realized part way through my journey that this is how I quit smoking 15 years ago so why couldn't I apply the same philosophy to weight loss? Since I changed my outlook I have been much more sucessful.
