So I took a look at my badge from work with my picture on it. It was taken last June, at my heaviest weight, right before I started trying to lose. OMG! I can totally see a difference to what my face looks like now. Then, my face was so round and just huge, imo. Now it's more oval and normal. I've always been a chubby cheeks kinda girl, but now I don't feel so huge.

I've shown this badge to two of my friends. Either they're trying to be polite or they really can't see a difference. I've decided not to show any more friends and ask if they can see a difference. It just bums me out when they say no.

But *I* can see a huge difference. That's really all that should matter. But I kinda wanted my friends to say, "Wow, I can see a difference! Way to go!"

That's WONDERFUL!! I've found alot of times friends and co-workers sometimes don't see it either because they see you everyday and so haven't noticed....or they don't want to notice. Even if they didn't see it, they should have agreed. Sometimes I think people don't realize how hard we're working for these little victories. Don't let it bum you out. Stick with the people who you know will celebrate with you in your victories and don't worry about the others. Congrats again! Keep up the hard work!
