Scale Stuck

I have been staying pretty close to my goal for the past week. I started 30 day shred a couple of weeks ago and I thought some of it was from my muscles retaining water. I am going to make sure I am drinking half my weight in water (oz) every day. I think I am going to add more cardio.
Does anyone have any tips to help me get of the plateau?

This worked WONDERS for me! Also, make sure you are getting a MINIMUM of 1200 NET calories. It seems odd but a major cause of plateaus is not eating enough.0
