How am I not losing weight?!?!?!

Everybody plateaus. I plateaued at about 20 lbs lost for almost a whole month. I slowed down on my exercise and eating "healthy" for about a week then started back on the regular schedule and went right back to losing weight again. I'm plateued again at 39 pounds lost. Might have to try that again.0

i ate half of a ham sandwich that my cousin made on a fishing trip....
for the most part i log my calories by whats on the packaging
ex..
2 slices of bread
3 slices of ham
1 tsp mustard
I just couldnt do that this particular weekend.

I think you are exercising too much! Your body probably needs more food and its holding on to the calories you do put in there!
I think you should re-calculate your goals and exercise plan. Or check on your 'track exercise' tab on the left how many times you originally put you would exercise and how many calories you should be aiming to burn.0
