returning to MFP for a new me

Hi Everyone!

I am a returning member to MFP. I got off track and now im back to change me! I am on day 19 of quitting smoking and day 1 of diet and exercise. I am worried that maybe im taking on too much at once....i hopefully will never pick up another cig again but having extreme craving...lol especially since im trying to curve my eating. I plan on working out 3 days a week and when the weather is nice taking the kids in the stroller for a walk. Can anyone offer me advice or is going through the same thing?
