Good Morning all you fellow blue team members. We need to name our team. Like maybe the Smurfs. LOL... Ok maybe something a bit better than that. Well today is our second weigh in. Just sent mine to team leader. Or could I call her mama smurf... hehe Already did my biggest loser dvd. Burned 328 calories in 27 minutes. Kind of a let down after yesterday lol. I do my dvds when the kids have school because I have to get up early anyhow and I walk on the weekends. I hope everyone has a great day.

i havent done anything much since monday - i woke up that morning with food poisoning:sick:
so yeah i didnt weigh-in this morning, and not planning too tomororw morning either since i haven't really eaten anything other than bread in few hours:ohwell:
so i'm giving this week a skip and will let you know how i go next week:bigsmile:

I hope you feel better... I know how that must suck... Just think of the weight you lost LOL
Get all the rest you need before you start back up with the exercising. All the stuff that comes with food poisoning will certainly wear you out.

haha yeah, i was going to weigh-in today coz i figured it was only for one day it wouldnt have done that much damage
:noway: i lost like 10 pounds, and thats when i realised i didnt want to count this week

im a new member in the blues. so GO BLUES GO ! or GO SMURFS GO ! lol
i want to send my stats but i forgot who our leader is and what stats do i need to send (besides weight)
so today i'm going to keep active while cleaning the house and playing my wiiFit, then in the evening i will go to the gym, burn 300 cal on the elliptical (that will take me about 30-35 min) and do 30 min of crawl at the pool. (i love swimming !)

Good morning everyone! September is here and both kids returned to school today. Yay for routine!
My goal is to get lots of walking in after work and maybe 15 minutes on the elliptical
have a good day. I don't weigh until tomorrow Finger crossed for all of the Smurfs and Smurfettes!!

Morning smurfs
Im gonna send in my weight in tommorrow! I just started back to eating good on saturday so i want to give it one more day! I will also get my husbad to measure me tonight and send those in too!
Today i have been cleaning and i plan on taking a rest day as far as working out goes! so no exercise calories:sad:

Well I actually burned 1000 calories yesterday!!!! I think that might be a first for me! I gave myself 2 weeks to work on the food portion of getting healthy. With a few small binges here and there I've pretty much got it down pat so I thought I would now try and add in exercise. Yesterday was a bit extreme for me but I did the 30 Day Shred Video, 60 minutes of cardio at the gym, and took my dogs for a 45 minute hike. I ate most of the extra calories but I was over a bit the day before so I thought I should leave a few on the table to make up for it and hope it all balances out. Anyways, just wanted to share a big accomplishment for me with my team. The bad news is I was down 5 lbs in the first week so I was worried about our weigh in this week...sure enough I'm up 1/2 a pound so I'm going to weight in tomorrow and see if I can at least break even for tomorrow. :grumble:

Dang, we're supposed to measure our rib cage, too? I guess I'd better get cracking. I'm going to report my starting measurements since I just started my new WOE this past Monday and don't technically have to do measurements until next Monday. Guess I better go check in with the leader. Hope everyone has a FANTASTIC day!!!

I was also up one lb this week also after losing 6 lbs last week. I have made myself a promise though.. I will not weigh on the scale at all until Tuesdays. I kept weighing my self so much last week and it was dishearting. But I will do better this week.

ahhh..I finally get it, there is a new post everyday. I couldn't figure out why no one was posting on the old one. Whats the quickest way to search for it? Hope you feel better obliged. I have had sort of a rough week, little excercies, but I hit the gym today and I weigh in tomorrow so I hope I atleast break even. I need a swift kick in the butt to keep me motivated! Hi guys! I am from Minneapolis Minnesota so I'm getting in all my outdoor exercise before I can't do anything but tapes because it's -20 outside! I drove back home from madison to minneapolis today, took 4 hours alone in the car. Man, I hate that drive. I managed not to binge on snacks during the drive like I usually do though, go me!
I think my mom's scale said I lost some this morning but I'm waiting to step onto my own scale tomorrow morning now that I'm home to get the real number.
I don't think my rib cage is going to change much - I don't carry weight there. I wish we would do thighs or something!0
