Is anyone doing callanetics? It's gotten great reviews. It's old but reliable according to amazon.com.

    I used to do this with my mom way back when! Very old school. But a really good core workout! I have an old VHS of this someplace. I should get it out just to check out the hair & leotards. :bigsmile: It has to be circa 1987???

    I do calistenics 4 days a week, in classes offered at our local gym its intense.. Very hard, but its a super workout. It takes aseveral weeks to get into the hang of beating your body up to do it.

    I used to do it way back in the 90s. It's gentle and effective. I didn't know it was available on DVD. I recently saw the old "Buns of Steel" was reissued on DVD. Add some Jane Fonda and some step aerobics and we could do a week of 80s/90s throwback videos!

    I ordered the DVD and I hope to officially start it one day this week but I'm using a video at dailymotion until it comes in.
