Hello All,
This is my second time using myfitnesspal. I believe I am going to stick with it this time around. I tell you "writing" down everything you eat sure will make you eat less and choose healthier options. It is a real eye opener of how much food you consume in a day.

    You are so right!!! I'm making that the strictest rule about what I'm doing...even if I eat poorly, fall off the wagon, splurge, treat, whatever, I'm WRITING IT DOWN. It make such a huge difference!
