Hello, I am fairly new to MFP. I love it so far! Any tips, tricks, or advice would be awesome :) !!!!!!

  • plan your meals...time consuming but worth it...I tend to eat raw...lately I have been a piggy...but my main meal is breakfast...my BF is gone for the month so I am doing everything for me...remove crap food from your home...too temping...

    Welcome! The best advise I can give is be consistent with your logging and true to yourself. It's been addictive and very effective for me so far. Also, use the support system/community of friends for advise and encouragement! Enjoy and feel free to add me as a friend if you're looking for supportive MFP pals.

    Hi! Having friends with similar goals boosts my motivation to do anything healthy. The other day my friend jokingly told me she was going to sabotage me. Humor is motivating too.
