Hello fitness people!
So the subject says it all !!

I am on a mission against fat and water retention !!!
I am seeing some results: abs definition, less fat on the thighs...I think I'm on the right track.

After a great workout we always want to reward our effort and fill up in the best possible way.
I am not into shakes and powders and stuff so if anyone has tips and recipes ?

Thanks ! :flowerforyou:

I have homemade trail mix. It has some walnuts, peanuts, almonds and some chocolate. :)

Or, I'll have a berry salad. Strawberries, blueberries and blackberries!
I heard blueberries are very good for after a workout.

I do endurox r4 for recovery drink, and then depending on the calorie burn I either do a PURE Protine bar in SMores or a I do a BIG COLLASSAL int he cookie crunch.
