30 Day Shred - How long at Level 1?

For my fellow shreders, how long did you stay at level 1? I am pretty out of shape, so level one is still VERY hard for me (I am only 5 days in though, so that is understandable). I just don't want to get complacent and stay on level 1 too long either...

I moved on after 7 days. I noticed by day six it was getting easy, so I went on to Level 2. I also stayed there for 7 days, then finished out on Level 3. Good Luck!

Were you doing the advanced versions of all the exercises by the time you moved on?

I hear that more people do 10 days on each level. I would say that if it is hard for you you should stick with that plan, but if it starts getting easier you can move on. Or, stay on level 1 for a few more days (although I wouldn't suggest too many more). It's a great workout either way! I just started this morning and I am planning on sticking with 10, 10, 10.

    Good luck!!

No, not all the moves. I was doing some advanced but there were quite a few that I was doing as well as I was going to! I knew that I was never going to be able to do all those push ups. I think it depends also on how long you intend to do the shred for. I knew that I wanted to complete it in 30 days. So I knew that no later than day 10 I needed to move on. Some people do each level for 30 days.

It is a great workout. I lost 10 pounds and 7 1/4 inches during the 30 days!

OK, cool :) The push-ups are what are killing me right now as well! I think I will stick with level 1 for the 10 days and then move on. That seems like a good plan :)

I have heard it averages about 10 days. I havent been doing every day I am working myself up to everydays. It is still hard for me on day 9. I am going to do day 10 today and preview level 2. I think I will move on after today because I am taking less time to recover after I get done.
