Hi!! I'm Rikki and I'm looking to lose about 50lbs all together, My goal is 2lbs a week and I'm going to do it this time. I weight 220lbs which is bigger than I've ever weighed. I didn't use to have a problem with weight but now I do. But no matter how long it takes I've decided to beat this thing once and for a while and thats what I plan to do.
