Im on a STOP not loosing!

Hey everyone whats going on here.......I reached my goal of 10 pounds!! Now want 2 loose another 5 pounds 2 b @ 135 im @140 now!!!! IM @1400 calories a day i do my workouts 5-6 days and burn bout 500-600 a day. I don't go over my calories!!! I do cheat a little, but i don't go over.....so what am I doing Wrong?????? I log everything in so why can't i loose those Ugly 5 pounds!!!!? i was loosing fine @ beging now im @ a STOP!!!! I weight myself every week and im @ the same number either 141 or 140 cant go down!!! Help??? Anyone else has this problem????

    I also have been at a standstill for 2 weeks. I am trying to bump my calories a little to kickstart my metabolism and see if that works. I've seen many posts on zig zagging your calories and that has worked for some people. You might search the threads for that topic and see what you think.

    i'm in the same boat. the first ten came off fast. water weight. now the real work begins i guess.

    i feel like my burn is not accurate and i need a heart rate monitor to know for sure. so getting more accurate data on what i'm burning is my next goal.

    and then some strength training so my body can burn while i'm inactive since i have a desk job!

    my friends keep reminding me that one factor of success i am ignoring when i get down about the weight progress, is that i'm eating healthier and that's something to hold onto.
