Hey--

So I've got the first week down. Lost 3.7 pounds. I'm thrilled with this. I know it will slow down once my body starts to adjust to the weight loss but I'm happy with this first weeks result. Working out is already becoming easier.

I need some more friends to share ideas, meals, and motivation with though. If your new to this too, I know what you're going through. Getting used to all the new changes in lifestyle and online.. :)

I feel like this time IS different. I'm totally loving this App/Website!

    You should measure yourself once every two weeks. Might help if you are losing size, but not weight, at times.
