Olive Oil Calories?

I just made a delicious omelette!
My problem...
I used one tsp of extra vergin olive oil to grease the pan. 1 tbsp is 120 calories, but I'm wondering if I count the whole teaspoon in my calories or how that works? I don't usually do much cooking, so I'm new to this.

There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, if that helps!0

Yes...count the teaspoon. You can use cooking spray if you prefer...but remember...your body NEEDS some fat to BURN fat. And olive oil is a healthy fat0

I usually count it because the egg does absorb most of the oil......0

Count 40.0

Enter one third of a tablespoon, you can select how much you use of something by changing the 1 (Tbsp) to .3 (Tbsp). That's a "point 3", using decimal point.0
