    I am coming off a whole summer binge and a 10 pound gain since June... It was a good run! Back in the saddle today with the first day back at work...

    This weekend was a bust!
    I started again today. I cannot go two solid non binging days? ugh!!!!
    Tomorrow, i will be over my hump. if i can get to friday without a binge...
    No parties are weddings or days off from work this week should help... then a weekend with my superstar sister on weight watchers... she will keep me in line!
