NSV - backache

I have two NSVs to share, one from last week and one from today.
Last week I was noticing that I had a backache. The area that's sort of mid-back, below the shoulder blades, kind of near the bottom of the ribcage felt very tired and sore. After thinking about it and trying to figure out what I had done, I finally realized my back was tired because I have better posture now. My abs are finally strong enough to sit in a proper position for hours at a time, and my back muscles aren't used to it yet. :noway: So, I had to sigh and laugh at the same time.
Also, today was my monthly measure day with my personal trainer. I was rather nervous as I've only lost 2.2 pounds in the last four weeks. But I've taken1 inch off my hips, 1 inch off my thighs, and 1/2 inch off my waist during that same time. Seeing the waist measurement really made me smile since during the first 20 pounds I lost while working with my trainer it didn't budge at all.
Hope everyone else is having a great Monday.
