Hey, I've been hitting the tracks running and cycling which is not only really enjoyable but feels greats being outdoors, one small problem...I live in the country and so insects are aplenty, which means I get constantly bombarded by our buzzing friends, which often ends up with one or two being inhaled! Not only disgusting but in my effort to try not to swallow said offending invertebrate will inevitably start to choke, which is quite disruptive to an workout. In all seriousness though are there any good tips, ideas others have tried or do I just continue with my current strategy which is to keep my head down and risk running into whatever obstacles might be ahead?! Thoughts please ;o)
