    Don't exercise until you go to the dr. When I found out I was pregnant, I was so naive. I kept running and playing basketball (light at practice...I'm a coach). My first dr's appt, I found out I had a cyst on each ovary. My dr said I couldn't run anymore because of risk of torsion.
