If you have this, what do you do to help it? Excercise can cause me a lot of discomfort afterwards but I'm still going at it and starting to feel that in the long run it will help. Any tips appreciated.

BTW, I used to work out 3 times a week at the gym without a problem. Now I can jog for about 15 minutes without having to stop and sometimes feel like bricks are attached to my legs when I'm running. Is that a symptom of Myofascial?0
