It is on sale right now ($32.99!) and has the chest strap, so seemed like a good deal. Don't want to buy something that is a peice o' crap though.

    Ohhh... sounds good to me. I was just looking at it on Amazon and there are mixed reviews. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the people that complained about it stop working after a while didn't clean it (I killed one that way).

    Yeah, that is where I was looking :) I love me a good deal, but the mixed reviews were slightly concerning.

    for that price you can try it and buy something else afterwards.

    I ordered one and reposted my old one (didn't have a chest strap) on craigslist.
