I have been on here for a week and takes a while to get into the swing of things. I weight 180 and would like to lose 40 lbs. The biggest thing for me is to stop drinking soda. I can't be wasting 300 calories on a Sonic drink when I only have 1200 for the day!

Take it slow. Use crystal light, or even opt for diet soda if you're having trouble in the beginning.0
