Well I just found this website from a forum and I'm so excited to use this. I'm currently at 170 lbs and hope to become 125 lbs. I hope to lose as much weight as possible by June 15; my boyfriend, best friend, her fiance and I are all going to Holiday World...Which means bathing suits! I hope to be able to rock a cute bathing suit (maybe even a bikini [= )
Anyways, what are some successful ways you have been able to lose weight? Where did you get the motivation to workout?

I just started working out recently. The main reason for this is because of my friends. My friends workout a lot (at least some of them do) and that motivated me to do the same. One of my friends suggested that I get Insanity. I bought Insanity and have fallen in love with it. Along with that, I have several other workout DVDs. My friends and I are also having a weight loss contest. I'm doing the best I can because I really want to win. We all put in $10 each and I could really use that money. Finding the right kind of friends is very important for success. Good luck to you on your journey!0

Hey, welcome! I also just joined about a week ago and have really enjoyed this site. One thing that i find works for me is to cut way back on carb, sugar and processed food. Also, fruit is good for you but try not to overdo that as well cause of the sugar. Lean meats and lots of veggies and working out will get you in your bathiing suit If you're not the work-out type, walking 30 to 45 min. counts as an aerobic exercise also. Good luck!0

Stay strong girl! Its not as hard as it looks, I discovered this place when I was looking for a calorie counter on my phone and this place was it! Just being aware of what you are putting in your mouth helps a ton. Being aware helps me make better choices. Ive been at this for a little over a month and making great progress, get some exercise in and bang say hello to that new bikini. Getting a friend who can check in and ho;d you accountable helps too. Just ask and someone will be more than willing to check in on your profile to keep you honest.
