    Maybe try putting it in as "aerobics" or something? I'd think the calorie output would be similar...

    I log it as circuit training

    circuit training. I wear a Polar HRM and the last time I did Shred Level 1, it was 20 minutes and I burned 156 calories. I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs. In case that helps!

    I used to log it as circuit training, but now I have a HRM so I go by that.
