How long till the recipe database is created?

What is the status of creating a recipe database? Is it going to include not only nutritional information, but the "how to make it" recipe type format so we can share healthy recipes and meals with each other via a cool search function. Specifically it would be cool to search for a recipe via an ingredient.

    that would be awesome. the one now feels unreliable sometimes.
