I've asked this before but I don't remember now.
I do not have a HRM, YES I know that a HRM is the only way to get an accurate reading.
So how do I log the Wii Fit?

some wii fit excercises are in the database, for the others I use the calories given by the wii.0

There is a calculation for Wii Fit under cardio, you can log it as beginner to low intensity or medium to high intensity.0

I use a HRM and create my own exercise in the database. I know you said you don't have a HRM. I guess (according to other posts) it's in the database. It is well worth it to invest in a HRM. I have a polar FT4 and it only cost $70. It works great! It is a great investment.0

I just log the calories the Wii gives me, but if I felt that an exercise was kind of easy I might log a little less then it tells me.0
