Why is there still jiggly skin!!!

Ok so I am 8lbs away from my ultimate goal, were talking what I weighted in high school and I just dont get why I still feel and look so flabby!!!
I have been at the weights for 3 months now, 3 days a week, I am lifting more and really pushing myself, I run 5 miles the other 3 days a week. I think I am either over analyzing everything or doing something wrong!
The last few weeks I have cut out processed foods, I do have some a couple times a week but only one thing a day and only on my high calorie days. I am just so UGH I totally thought I had this but now I am not so sure...Oh and I am calorie zig zagging and I have even tried IF for a week LOL
All I can think is WTH!?! I totally love working out and running and I dont wanna stop but I am getting kinda of tired working this hard, I am ready to be in the maintenance phase LOL but geez when is the 6 pack gonna pop out and how can I be 8lbs away and still not happy with myself.

I started here at 313b my highest being 325. I never expect to look good. I just expect to get to my goal weight...I expect to have all this extra skin hanging off me and looking disgusting and never beable to wear a bikini or tank tank...its just something I've expected... it'd be great if when im done I can do those things; it'd be great if I could flash someone even lol, but am tired of telling myself to quit every diet or excercise plan cuz of being scared of jiggly, saggy skin...embrace it lol0

Not everyone's skin is elastic. You might never have it super tight again. I know it sucks, mine is not and it does make me look bigger.0
