Chicken Tenders with Sweet Potato Puree

I thought this sounded really good and when we had them tonight they were amazing.
Chicken Tenders with Sweet Potato Puree
Ingredients
24 oz of Tyson Chicken Tenderlions
1 cup of Panko Italian Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup of 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
4oz of Homemade Sweet Potato Puree
3 Tablespoons of Water
1 Egg
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
On a plate mix the panko and the parmesan grated cheese.
In a small bowl mix the egg, sweet potato puree, and water.
Now take your chicken and first dip it in the egg mixture and then in the panko mixture until all are coated with the mixtures.
Place in a 13x9 dish and cook for 35-40 minutes.
Serves 4
